Booking Forms

How to Book

1. Visit the Make a Booking online form and enter in all requested details.
2. Fill out the Holiday Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions form and fax/e-mail it to Beach Paradise Head Office with any other requested documents (copy of licence/passport, etc).
3. Once the form has been received, the owner will contact you.
4. Once approved you will receive your confirmation and Check-In details via e-mail.
5. Please read the Terms and Conditions.

Booking Conditions

1. The Tenant shall not permit any party, function or commercial activity.
2. The Tenant shall not allow into the Premises or surrounding grounds any pet or animal without written permission from the owner. You are fully responsible for your pet/s. Please fill out the online Pet Booking Form and fax/e-mail a signed copy of the Pet Approval Agreement Terms & Conditions form if you require a pet to join you on holidays.
3. You must be 25 years and over to rent this property. Strictly no schoolies, Bucks or Hens Nights. Music is not permitted after 10:00PM on weekdays or after 12:00AM on weekends. Failure to comply with your agreement may result in termination of the lease at anytime with non-refundable payment.
4. Bookings will not be confirmed until full payment is received. The owners have the right to cancel a booking at anytime.
5. $2,000 Bond will be charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to arrival and returned within 3 days after you vacate the premises and an inspection is performed.
